By booking or purchasing photography services from Kerby Gernander Photography, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings and Payments
Session dates are reserved once any required deposit or payment has been received. Prices, payment schedules, and services included are those stated on your invoice, booking information, or photography agreement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact Kerby Gernander Photography as soon as possible. Deposits and payments may be non-refundable when a date has been reserved or work has already been performed. Rescheduling may be offered depending on availability and circumstances.
Photography and Image Delivery
Kerby Gernander Photography selects and professionally edits the images delivered to clients. The number of images, products, and delivery method may vary depending on the photography service or package purchased.
Copyright and Personal Use
Kerby Gernander Photography retains copyright to all photographs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use purchased or delivered photographs for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media. Photographs may not be sold, altered for commercial use, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Products and Digital Images
Because photography products and digital images are customized for each client, completed products and delivered digital files are generally non-refundable. If there is a problem with an order or product, please contact Kerby Gernander Photography so the issue can be addressed.
Limitation of Liability
Kerby Gernander Photography will make reasonable efforts to provide the photography services and products agreed upon. In the unlikely event that services cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
